Job summary

MedPro Disposal is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition & HR to build modern, scalable recruiting and HR programs from the ground up. You will serve as a hands-on strategic partner to the President & COO and the leadership team, supporting the organization through AI-driven automation, system migrations, and future acquisitions.

Success means a stable, trusted talent function that the business relies on for growth and ongoing transformation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Must have managed a talent acquisition function — team leadership, strategy, and process ownership.
• Proven experience building and developing sales teams.
• Must have HR generalist or HRBP experience supporting leaders and employees directly.
• Experience building or formalizing HR processes in a growing or evolving organization.
• Strong employee relations, coaching, and organizational development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent acquisition strategy and function design, workforce planning, and hiring execution.
• Build scalable recruiting processes to support rapid growth and future acquisitions.
• Partner with executives to strengthen sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring manager engagement.
• Establish recruiting metrics, reporting, and market intelligence to guide leadership decisions.
