Job summary

MedPro Disposal is seeking a VP of Finance to partner with the President and CEO across Accordant Capital and its portfolio. The role starts in MedPro Disposal and expands to MP1 Solutions, aligning financial strategy with growth across multiple entities.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, FP&A, and finance operations, drive scalable processes, and implement AI-enabled automation to provide consolidated visibility for strategic decision-making in a founder-led, PE-backed environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance leadership in a PE-backed or founder-led firm.
• Experience across multiple entities with intercompany reporting.
• Operational fluency with delivery, support, and operations.
• Proven FP&A, budgeting, and strategic partnering with a CEO.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and ERP tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accounting cycle across multiple entities including payroll and close.
• Lead consolidation, intercompany accounting, and consolidated reporting.
• Own cash flow forecasting and treasury management.
• Provide executive reporting and financial commentary to leadership.
• Set financial controls and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A with CEO; drive driver-based models.
• Manage and mentor the finance team.
• Define finance systems strategy (ERP/FP&A tooling) and drive improvements.
• Champion AI and automation in finance processes.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with ops and delivery.
