You will own end-to-end planning, drive proactive pipelines, and apply AI tools to improve planning, reporting, and outcomes while aligning with hiring strategies.

This role demands strategic thinking, execution discipline, and stakeholder partnership.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of Talent Acquisition operations and programs.
• Experience building cross-functional recruiting programs across multiple workstreams.
• Strong project management with governance, milestones, and risk handling.
• Experience using AI-enabled planning, reporting and knowledge management.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end planning and execution of strategic TA programs and pipelines.
• Translate priorities into structured project roadmaps with metrics and governance.
• Establish disciplined governance, risk management, and AI-supported reporting.
