Job summary

MedPro Disposal, the nation’s largest privately-held medical waste company, seeks a Marketing Communications & Demand Generation Manager to translate strategy into on-brand execution and drive qualified pipeline through AI-powered demand generation.

The role covers email campaigns, content creation, collateral development, and campaign leadership across MedPro Disposal and MP1 Solutions, scaling with AI and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in marketing communications, demand generation, or content/collateral development.
• B2B or healthcare/compliance marketing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma or similar design tools.
• Experience with email marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Constant Contact).
• Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and demand-gen tools.

Responsibilities

• Demand Generation & Lead Gen – Execute campaigns using AI-powered tools to build and convert pipeline.
• Email Communications – Build and deploy newsletters, announcements, nurture sequences.
• Collateral Development – Create one-pagers, sales sheets, brochures, decks, and internal/external comms.
• Copywriting – Produce clear, on-brand copy for email, collateral, web, and comms.
• Graphic Execution – Create visuals using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Brief Intake & Execution – Translate direction into finished deliverables.
• Brand Consistency – Maintain consistent voice and visuals across MedPro/MPHQ portfolio.
• Project Coordination – Manage multiple requests with deadlines.
• AI-Powered Marketing Tools – Leverage AI to scale campaigns and content production.
