Job summary

Cengage Group is seeking a Senior Director, Talent Acquisition to lead the strategy, design, and execution of the enterprise TA function. You will build and scale a recruiting organization to attract and hire high-impact talent across a dynamic, SaaS-driven landscape.

As a strategic operator, you will drive AI-enabled processes, workforce planning, and talent intelligence to improve hiring outcomes and internal mobility across product, technology, data, and customer success teams.

Qualifications

12+ years in talent acquisition
5+ years in leadership roles in matrixed orgs
Experience building scalable enterprise TA functions
Experience with AI-enabled recruiting and data analytics
Familiarity with ATS platforms like Workday Recruiting
