Qualifications

• 12+ years of dynamic talent acquisition experience.
• 5+ years in leadership roles within matrixed organizations.
• Proven success building and scaling enterprise TA functions.
• Experience implementing skills-based hiring frameworks and talent intelligence.
• Understanding of digital/SaaS/AI-enabled organizations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an enterprise TA strategy aligned to growth priorities.
• Build and scale a high-performing recruiting team with functional expertise.
• Lead transformation of recruiting practices through AI-enabled tools and data-driven decisions.
• Partner with HR and business leaders to operationalize the skills-first talent strategy.
• Define hiring profiles and assessment approaches reflecting evolving workforce needs.
• Establish proactive recruiting strategies and pipelines for critical capabilities.
• Define and supervise recruiting metrics, workforce analytics, and market insights.
