Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/CE/EE or related field with 5 years telecom ops.
• 5 years experience in telecom operations and software deployment.
• Experience with mobile telecom architectures/protocols (SS7, 3G, IMS, VoIP, LTE, VoLTE, VoWiFi, RTP, SDP, Diameter).
• 3 years people management/leadership experience.
• 1 year deploying Unix/Linux telecom products in datacenters; SDLC; SBC security; incident management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee telecom operations with software deployment and support.
• Work with mobile telecom architectures and protocols.
• Provide people management and technical leadership for multinational teams.
• Deploy and design Unix/Linux telecom solutions; ensure secure, real-time access; manage incidents.
