Job summary
Geospatial And Cloud Analytics Inc. seeks a Telecom Network Engineer to design, implement, and maintain voice, video, and data networks for our Video Operation Centers and related systems.
The role covers AV/VTC components, SBC/CUBE platforms, SIP trunking, E911 integrations, and digital signage, with hands-on configuration and documentation. You will serve as on-shift technical authority, provide Tier 2 support, collaborate with engineers and carriers, ensure compliance with enterprise
Qualifications
- BS or an equivalent combination of education and experience in electrical/electronic/systems engineering with telecom focus.
- Certification from Cisco/DoD baseline (CCNA or equivalent) or Security+.
- Experience in voice/video networks, LAN/WAN, and network management.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on engineering tasks for AV/VTC network components and SIP trunks.
- Implement approved configuration changes and document results for standards compliance.
- Provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for voice/video issues.
- Act as on-shift technical authority to ensure operational continuity.
- Support vulnerability remediation and post-update validation.
- Contribute to change management with clear implementation steps.
- Maintain audit logs and coordinate with carriers on technical matters.
