Job summary

GNC is seeking a strategic, data-driven Director of Subscriptions to own and accelerate growth of our subscription business across ecommerce and retail channels. You will lead cross‑functional teams, set the vision, and drive subscriber acquisition, retention, and recurring revenue with a GM mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in ecommerce, subscription, retention, or DTC growth roles, ideally within retail or consumer brand with replenishable products.
• Demonstrated track record of driving incremental revenue through subscription/retention programs.
• Experience partnering with Product, Technology, Analytics, Finance, and Marketing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead subscription growth strategy and end-to-end ownership across ecommerce and retail channels.
• Shape and own the subscription roadmap, targets, and unit economics.
• Manage on-site subscriber experience and omnichannel enrollment/fulfillment.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Store Ops, Supply Chain, and Finance to optimize pricing, promotions, and program mechanics.
• Own weekly/monthly subscription reporting and forecast accuracy.
