Elizabethtown Community & Technical College is seeking a Director of Student Support Services to provide academic and other support for low-income, first-generation or disabled students to boost retention and graduation rates. The role splits duties between Leitchfield and Springfield campuses.

The position is grant-funded through 2030 with annual evaluations and requires leadership, budget oversight, and collaboration with campus and community partners to ensure services meet grant goals.

Competenze

• Master's degree in counseling, social work, higher education or related field required.
• Five years related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with EDGAR and Cost-Circulars beneficial.
• Ability to work with diverse populations and cultures.

Mansioni

• Facilitates the development and implementation of the grant.
• Administers and manages the budget per college policy and ED requirements.
• Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates program personnel.
• Assist SSS participants with postsecondary course selection.
• Evaluates SSS program outcomes and goals.
• Oversee risk assessment planning for the program.
• Collaborates with campus and community partners to support eligible participants.
• Assist with selecting program participants and APR completion.
