Job summary

Bluegrass Community & Technical College is seeking a Career Services Center Director to oversee career, employment, and work-based learning initiatives at the Leestown Campus. The role leads career services programs, builds industry partnerships, and provides supervision for navigators and staff, advancing college workforce goals.

This exempt, on-site position supports the Advancement and Workforce Development department under a grant, reporting to the Director of Career Services and Work-based

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with at least 1 year of experience.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee career, employment, and work-based learning initiatives at BCTC.
• Develop relationships with business and industry partners to promote work-based learning.
• Provide leadership for career services related to the Strengthening Institutions Program Grant.
• Supervise Career Navigators and staff to ensure a holistic Career Services experience.
• Coordinate onboarding for credential-seeking students and assist with major/career planning.
