The role emphasizes retention, expansion, and upsell in a rapidly evolving environment, with a focus on executive-level engagement, CRM integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Remote US work is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, public administration, education, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years of experience in client success, account management, or revenue-focused roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Proven track record of owning client retention, expansion, and portfolio growth outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own performance across a 7,000+ account portfolio, including retention and expansion.
• Develop strategies to increase client volume and account value.
• Forecasting and reporting to leadership for portfolio performance.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Client Success professionals.
• Partner cross-functionally to align on renewals, forecasting, and expansion strategies.
