Job summary

You will ensure timely statements and oversee adjustments, with a focus on compliance and campus-wide process improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in student accounts in higher education, with strong knowledge of Title IV regulations, an SIS/CRM system, and advanced Excel/data

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of student accounts experience in higher education.
• Knowledge of Title IV regulations and financial aid for enrollment.
• Expertise with an SIS/CRM system essential.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis ability.
• Collaborative, transparent problem-solving approach.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of student tuition/fee accounts and oversee billing/receipts.
• Review tuition/fees, approve account adjustments and refunds.
• Act as cashier for receipts and disbursement of financial aid funds.
• Advise students and families on payment options and plans.
• Coordinate with IT for reporting, PCI compliance, 1098T tax reporting.
