Job summary

Ursinus College in Collegeville, PA seeks a Director of Student Accounts to lead the Student Accounts Office within Enrollment Management. The director will maintain accuracy of tuition/fee accounts, oversee billing, approve adjustments and refunds, and serve as cashier for receipts and disbursement of financial aid.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, counseling families on payment options, coordinating with IT on reporting and 1098T tax reporting, PCI compliance, and auditing processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years student accounts experience in higher education.
• Thorough knowledge of Title IV regulations and financial aid processes.
• Expertise with an SIS/CRM system and Excel for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accuracy of tuition and fee accounts and oversee billing.
• Supervise staff and ensure customer service excellence.
• Coordinate with IT on reporting, PCI compliance, and 1098T tax reporting.
• Oversee collections, audits, and annual fiscal close.
