Job summary

EY-Parthenon is seeking a Senior Associate-Consultant to join the Strategy and Execution Telecommunications Private Equity Value Creation team. You will help unlock growth and drive operational improvements for PE-backed telecom portfolios.

You will lead data-driven analyses, develop actionable recommendations, and present findings to clients, with a focus on go-to-market, pricing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or Analytics with 2 years of related experience; or graduate degree with ~18 months experience.
• Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or operating roles with growth/operational focus.
• Strong proficiency in Excel modelling, PowerPoint storytelling and structured problem solving.
• Ability to work independently and own deliverables; experience presenting insights to clients.
• Understanding financial statements and operational metrics; leading in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, data-driven analysis to identify root causes and opportunities using Excel and other tools.
• Drive analyses to quantify opportunities and develop data-backed recommendations across GTM, pricing, customer success, product and ops.
• Develop and test hypotheses to address complex business problems across GTM, pricing, customer success, product, and ops.
• Prepare client-ready deliverables and contribute to presentations with increasing independence.
• Support Directors and Partners by preparing materials for client meetings.
• Take ownership of discrete workstreams and begin to lead internal and client discussions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional client teams and EY-Parthenon colleagues to drive alignment.
