EY-Parthenon, part of EY, seeks a Director to lead end-to-end strategy and execution projects within the Telecommunications Private Equity Value Creation practice. You will drive scoping, planning, and results, mentoring junior consultants and delivering data-backed recommendations to improve GTM, pricing, and operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required in business/related field or equivalent.
MBA is highly preferred for advancement.
Extensive experience in management consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of strategy and execution projects in fast-paced client environments.
Supervise and mentor junior consultants and guide problem-solving efforts.
Develop actionable, data-backed recommendations across GTM, pricing, customer success, product and operations.
