Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of overall experience with 2+ years in management consulting plus 4+ years in product strategy at a SaaS/AI company, or 6+ years in product strategy at a SaaS/AI company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic advisor to product and business leadership with recommendations on priorities and execution plans.
• Own annual and long-range planning; forecast, budgets, OKRs, headcount with Finance.
• Develop outside-in insights on employee experience and enterprise AI markets; market sizing and dynamics.
• Translate complex questions into analyses, clear recommendations, and actionable plans.
• Lead planning cadences, business reviews, and executive reporting for visibility and alignment.
• Define KPIs, targets, dashboards, and performance frameworks for health and growth.
• Partner on GTM strategy, pricing, packaging, and growth opportunities with Sales/Marketing/Finance.
• Identify operating gaps and design scalable processes for velocity and effectiveness.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to implementation with clear ownership.
