ServiceNow is seeking a senior strategy professional to lead strategic initiatives end to end, shaping questions, conducting analyses, and delivering final recommendations to executive leadership and the Board. You will partner with Corporate Development and Ventures to align strategy with inorganic options and drive high-impact decisions.

The role requires 7+ years at top strategy firms or equivalent in-house experience, strong financial fluency, and credibility with senior executives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience, including time at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a comparable strategy firm. Experience in an in-house strategy or operating role is preferred.
• A record of leading complex projects through to decisions that were adopted.
• Credibility with senior executives and comfort leading discussions at that level.
• Strong financial and analytical fluency, with the judgment to know which analysis matters.
• Experience in enterprise software or technology is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead multiple strategic projects at once, from shaping the question with senior leadership through to the final recommendation and Board-level materials.
• Build and own the analysis and storyline for each project.
• Serve as the primary working counterpart to executive leadership team members and their staff on assigned topics.
• Work with Corporate Development and Ventures to keep strategy and inorganic options aligned.
