You will act as a trusted advisor and force multiplier, comfortable handling detailed financial or operational analyses,

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or related field including supporting senior executives.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and drive results without direct authority.

Mansioni

• Translate strategic priorities into structured plans, workstreams, and measurable outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning multiple departments or operating units.
• Build financial models, analyses, and business cases to support key decisions and investments.
• Prepare executive-level reporting, presentations, and board materials.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead design and implementation of improvements.
• Coordinate between executive leadership and operating company leaders on priority initiatives.
• Manage special projects from scoping to execution and results reporting.
• Monitor KPIs and risks, flag opportunities to leadership.
