Quanta Government Solutions in Houston, TX seeks a Director of Human Resources/People Strategy to build and lead HR during rapid growth. You will oversee recruitment, compensation, benefits, compliance, and HR systems while shaping culture and scalable processes across multiple sites.

The role requires 10+ years of HR experience, 5+ in senior leadership, and a background in construction/engineering. In-office position with strong executive partnership and growth opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 5+ years in senior leadership
• Experience scaling HR in growth environments (50–150 to 300+ employees)
• 5+ years in construction/engineering/EPC/GC industries; union/non-union workforce experience preferred

Responsabilidades

• Build, lead, and develop a high-performing HR team to support a fast-growing, multi-site organization
• Oversee full talent lifecycle: workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, performance, learning, succession
• Develop recruiting strategies to support growth from 100 to 500+ employees
• Co-own workforce planning with department heads to anticipate hiring needs and skill gaps
• Build leadership development pipelines for managers, supervisors, and project managers
• Champion annual performance reviews and establish competitive compensation benchmarks
