Quanta Services is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations to support executive leadership with financial analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional project management. The role builds models and materials that inform leadership decisions and drives day-to-day execution on strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience preparing materials for leadership.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models, operational analyses, and materials for strategic initiatives and executive decisions.
• Support cross-functional project execution across teams with clear deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare leadership-ready reporting, presentations, and briefing materials.
• Coordinate with partners to gather data, align on assumptions, and drive initiatives to completion.
• Identify process improvements and support implementation of solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and flag risks or trends to leadership.
