Job summary

Quanta Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Business Operations in Houston to support executive leadership with financial analysis, operational execution, and cross-functional project management.

The role builds models, materials, and analyses that inform leadership decisions and drives day-to-day execution. You will work closely with the Director, Business Operations and operating company partners to keep initiatives on track, monitor KPIs, and communicate progress to executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in business operations, strategy, finance, or related field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership/presentation skills.
• Comfort operating in a large, decentralized, multi-business-unit organization.

Responsibilities

• Build financial models and analyses for strategic initiatives.
• Support cross-functional projects, tracking deliverables and timelines.
• Prepare reports and briefing materials for leadership.
• Coordinate with partners to gather data and align assumptions.
• Identify process improvements and help implement solutions.
• Monitor KPIs and flag risks to leadership.
• Support special projects and ad hoc analyses.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
