Responsibilities

• Assist VP, Operations in strategic planning and policy development.
• Develop project plans and lead project teams to meet client needs.
• Lead and optimize employee production through direct leadership.
• Interface with clients and guide client-focused teams to meet objectives.
• Supervise department managers to achieve goals with safety in mind.
• Coordinate cross-unit projects and drive productivity improvements.
• Develop new client bases and major projects aligned with technical requirements.
• Lead major projects across service territories and ensure alignment with policies.
