Job summary

Reworld Waste in Idaho seeks a Senior Director of Technical Training to design and implement a comprehensive, on-the-job training program across the organization. You will lead a team, partner with senior leaders and cross-functional owners, and secure resources to deliver an effective training strategy that grows talent and aligns with regulatory requirements.

As an enterprise leader, you will drive innovative training methodologies, track learning outcomes, and ensure scalable curriculum

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading a team in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Experience in manufacturing with training both technical and non-technical subjects.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to present to large groups.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support for curricula development; develop site training capabilities using train-the-trainer approach.
• Monitor learning maturity and continuously improve training systems and programs.
• Lead a team of training and knowledge management professionals.
• Own technical training including technician level qualification for operations and maintenance.
• Maintain compliant, safety- and regulation-aligned training infrastructure.
• Develops innovative, immersive training methodologies for accelerated knowledge transfer.
• Ensure learning objectives tie to business outcomes with measurable criteria.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with enterprise and site training leads.
• Develop training material for plant employees; coordinate SMEs and materials.
• Manage GPiLEARN+ LMS including reporting, compliance readiness and license renewal.
