Job summary

Reworld Waste seeks a seasoned Senior Director of Technical Training to design and deploy a comprehensive, company-wide training program. You will lead curriculum development, train-the-trainer initiatives, and collaborate with senior leaders to align training with business goals.

You will oversee regulatory training, ensure safety and quality standards, and drive continuous improvement in learning systems across the organization.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading a team of technical trainers in manufacturing, operations focus.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with knowledge of manufacturing principles and training techniques.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop curricula and site training capabilities using train-the-trainer approach.
• Lead a team of training professionals and manage training and knowledge systems.
• Ensure regulatory training compliance and implement innovative training methodologies.
