Job summary

Reworld Waste in the United States seeks a Technical Training Senior Director to design and implement a comprehensive training program across operations and maintenance. You will build a structured on-the-job framework, mentor trainers, and partner with senior leaders to align initiatives with business goals.

The role oversees curricula, LMS management (GPiLEARN+), regulatory training, safety and environmental topics, and ongoing measurement of learning outcomes.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience creating technical training and leading trainers in manufacturing.
• Ability to develop site training capabilities and a train-the-trainer program.
• Strong communication and collaboration across senior leaders and SMEs.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of organization-wide technical training program.
• Build comprehensive on-the-job training and mentor trainers.
• Oversee curricula development and regulatory training requirements.
• Manage LMS systems and track training analytics and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement of training methods and materials.
