Job summary

Reworld Waste is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Training to design, plan, and implement a company-wide strategic training program. You will build a structured on-the-job training framework deployable across sites and lead a team of trainers to orient, develop and grow talent.

You will collaborate with senior leaders to secure resources, oversee LMS (GPiLEARN+), and drive measurable improvements in training outcomes while aligning with regulatory requirements and business goals.

Qualifications

• 12+ years creating technical training and leading a training team in manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Experience in manufacturing with training both technical and non-technical subjects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to speak in large groups.

Responsibilities

• Lead curricula development and train-the-trainer site capabilities.
• Improve training systems and enable just-in-time delivery with new tech.
• Manage a team of training and knowledge management staff.
• Own technical training processes and operator qualification programs.
• Maintain compliant, safe, and standardized, role-based training.
