Job summary

Reworld Waste, USA, is seeking a Senior Director of Technical Training to design and implement a company-wide, structured training program. You will build an on-the-job training system deployable across sites and mentor training staff while partnering with senior leaders to secure resources.

You will lead curriculum development, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement with innovative training methods and metrics that tie to business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience creating technical training and leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Science or Education/Development.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment with training techniques.
• Strong computer skills and MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; team-oriented.
• LEAN methodology to identify root causes and address problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide organizational support for curricula development; train-the-trainer approach.
• Monitor learning maturity and continuous improvement of training systems.
• Leads a team of training and knowledge management colleagues.
• Owns technical training for operations and maintenance technicians.
• Maintain compliant, safe, and standardized role-based training.
• Develop and translate materials; coordinate with SMEs and stakeholders.
• Oversee LMS program; generate reports and manage renewals.
• Develop on-the-job training materials for new positions.
