Job summary

Tuckernuck is seeking an experienced Technology Delivery and Operations Director to ensure predictable execution and reliable day-to-day operations. You will own the delivery rhythm across cross-functional initiatives, coordinate with vendors, monitor integrations, and drive clear communication and documentation.

You will lead incident management, release planning, and post-implementation reviews, while building robust runbooks and a transparent operational culture as the company scales.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years in technology delivery, program management, or technology operations.
• Experience supporting cross-functional, business-critical retail workflows.
• Proven track record delivering complex technical projects in fast-paced settings.
• Strong knowledge of Agile delivery, integration patterns, and operational disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Own the delivery operating model and planning cadence across initiatives.
• Coordinate internal teams and vendors with clear owners and timelines.
• Maintain a single view of delivery health with weekly stakeholder updates.
• Manage incident response, change management, and post-incident retrospectives.
• Drive maintenance windows, releases, and rollback planning.
• Create and maintain runbooks and a knowledge base for transparency.
