Job summary

The Tustin Group is seeking a Director of Business Systems & Integration to advance technology and data use across TTG to improve operations and support growth. This leader will oversee business technology, data governance, and BI, driving implementation from idea through adoption and ensuring ROI across divisions.

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional initiatives, evaluating new tools, and guiding tuck-in integrations of acquired companies into TTG's systems and operating model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, technology or a related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience will be considered

Responsibilities

• Lead the Business Technology/Reporting team and establish priorities
• Drive technology initiatives from idea through implementation and adoption
• Oversee ERP and BI platforms and ensure ROI on technology investments
• Lead tuck-in integrations and align acquired companies to TTG platforms
• Partner with Finance to ensure accurate reporting of performance
• Build a roadmap for TTG's business technology priorities
