Job summary

STN Incorporated is seeking a Director of Business Operations to build and scale the company’s operating infrastructure. Reporting to the CEO, you will lead business operations, people operations, logistics, administration, and systems, translating priorities into scalable plans with accountable owners.

The ideal candidate blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, drives process discipline, and improves systems to reduce complexity while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in business operations or related operational leadership, including 5+ years leading multiple functions.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes, operating rhythms, controls, and management systems.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and managing organizational change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential or sensitive information.
• Experience with budgeting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operating cadence and translate strategic priorities into operational plans with accountable owners.
• Establish KPIs, service levels, management reporting, and review rhythms for leadership visibility.
• Identify bottlenecks, risks, and recurring issues; lead initiatives to improve execution and scalability.
• Oversee people operations including workforce planning, payroll, benefits, and lifecycle management.
• Oversee logistics, procurement, administration, and vendor management; ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Develop and manage operating budgets; monitor expenses and seek cost efficiencies.
