Job summary

Novatech is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead end-to-end client onboarding and technology deployments across Managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and more. You will establish governance, delivery methodology, and a scalable operating model to drive client success and revenue in a growth-focused environment.

The role collaborates with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Finance, and the NOC, shaping the onboarding experience and ensuring measurable service and financial standards.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of progressive experience in technology implementation, professional services, or managed services.
• Proven accountability for complex client implementations and delivery governance.
• Strong ability to forecast, manage budgets, and drive margins.
• Experience leading multi-site, multi-market delivery teams.
• Familiarity with PSA platforms and modern project tooling.

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle across IT, cybersecurity, cloud, and related services.
• Establish and improve standard delivery methodologies, playbooks, and artifacts.
• Lead portfolio reviews, risk management, and executive reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Service Delivery to align scope and pricing.
• Build and lead a scalable, high-performing implementation organization.
