Job summary

Excel Fitness is seeking a senior procurement leader to design and stand up an end-to-end supply chain for rapid first-store openings and multi-unit expansion. You will negotiate with broadline and specialty distributors, establish cold chain controls, and lead supplier relations for cost and quality.

You will design a centralized procurement operating model, author policies, and transition decentralized purchasing to a governed framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance or related field.
• 7+ years in procurement/supply chain with supplier negotiation experience.
• Experience building/refurbishing a procurement function; multi-site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end procurement and centralized function build-out.
• Define and manage supplier relationships, pricing, and contracts.
• Oversee P2P processes, spend governance, and risk management.
• Partner with Legal on contracts, risk, and compliance.
• Drive KPIs, governance, and reporting to ELT.
• Support concept to launch with sourcing for equipment and inputs.
• Travel up to 25% as needed.
