Job summary

Life Fitness is seeking a Sr. Manager, Operations Financial Planning & Analysis to serve as the primary finance partner to our global Supply Chain leadership.

The role leads planning, forecasting and analysis for procurement, installation, transportation logistics and service, translating data into actionable strategies to optimize landed costs and network efficiency. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in FP&A with supply chain exposure, strong Excel modeling, ERP/BI skills, and proven leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or related field; MBA/CPA/CMA a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive finance experience, FP&A with exposure to supply chain/logistics/operations.
• Experience leading or mentoring teams and partnering with senior leadership.
• Strong Excel modeling and ERP/BI skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, forecasting and analysis across the global supply chain network.
• Partner with Supply Chain leadership to drive insights and decisions.
• Translate logistics data into actionable financial strategies to optimize costs.
• Provide finance support for monthly close analytics and executive commentary.
• Forecast domestic freight and collaborate with regional supply chain managers.
• Support planning across outbound/inbound freight, inventory, and service costs.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and drive cost savings.
• Collaborate with IT to streamline processes and leverage AI tools.
• Build self-service dashboards for logistics managers.
