Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe is seeking a Procurement Specialist - Operations to scale our center-led procurement function. This role supports the Source-to-Pay process across indirect spend categories—including technology, professional services, facilities, and retail/COGS—and drives the Ramp procurement platform rollout with speed and accountability.

The right candidate is analytically sharp, acts decisively, and brings structure to ambiguity, contributing to cost control and supplier

Qualifications

• Experience building and running a centralized procurement function.
• Ability to manage indirect spend categories including technology, services, facilities, and retail/COGS.
• Strong analytical and ownership mindset with the ability to turn ambiguity into clear action.

Responsibilities

• Support Director of Procurement in building and running a best-in-class function.
• Impact cost control, supplier accountability, and operational readiness of the club network.
• Lead or participate in sourcing events and platform rollouts across multiple categories.
