Job summary

Volumetric Building Companies is seeking an experienced Director of Supply Chain to oversee end-to-end procurement, planning, inventory, and logistics across the United States. This leadership role requires driving process improvements, managing complex supplier relationships, and optimizing costs at scale.

The position reports to the COO and demands a minimum of 10 years in procurement or supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership, with a BS in a related field.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
• APICS certification (CPIM, CSCP) or similar certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing supply chain team with clear goals and performance reviews.
• Direct all supply chain activities: material planning, procurement, supplier management, inventory control, and contracts.
• Establish high-level supplier relationships, ensure contract compliance, and drive cost-effective procurement.
