Job summary

Crunch Fitness - Undefeated Tribe in Austin, TX seeks a Procurement Specialist – Operations to scale and operationalize its center-led procurement function. This role supports Source-to-Pay across indirect spend, including technology, services, facilities, and retail/COGS, and drives Ramp platform rollout with strong ownership and analytics.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of procurement, purchasing, or related operations experience.
• Experience supporting or executing competitive sourcing events (RFQ/RFP).
• Strong analytical skills with Excel and spend analysis.
• Familiarity with procurement ERP platforms (Ramp, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end implementation of source-to-pay procurement platform.
• Drive PO compliance and maintain clear guidelines across the org.
• Manage eProcurement catalogs and data aligned with supplier agreements.
• Identify rogue purchasing patterns and support process improvements.
• Act as the day-to-day system admin for procurement platform questions.
