The role requires strong GAAP knowledge, financial analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. Travel + Leisure Co. emphasizes growth, talent development, and delivering exceptional experiences for owners and travelers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in business required; Accounting or Finance strongly preferred.
• CPA or MBA preferred, but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of GAAP as well as financial and statistical analysis.
• Team management skills mandatory.
• Must manage multiple projects and collaborate with senior leadership.
• MS Office proficiency including Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identifies value creation opportunities and develop timelines, deliverables, and measurements to ensure value is realized. Independently leads the development and implementation of management tools to maximize sales and operational efficiencies.
• Ensures adequate staffing levels are in place to drive administrative and operational support with focus on margin; recruits top talent and develops goals and plans.
• Direct and manage the Area site budget process and compensation development, coordinating with site, Area, and corporate staff.
• Lead and direct site administrative personnel; ensure adherence to policies and maintain strong internal controls; implement training on systems and modules.
