Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Director of Development, Design, and Construction in Orlando. You will lead development projects, manage project managers, and ensure alignment with corporate goals while guiding financial modeling and strategic planning.

Role requires advanced financial modeling, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration across teams. Expect frequent travel and interaction with senior leadership on complex endeavors and acquisitions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in relevant field.
• Strong financial modeling and analytical capabilities.
• Experience leading multiple teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to Development Project Managers and ensure alignment with corporate goals.
• Analyze pro forma projections including IRR, NPV, ROIC and other metrics.
• Support real estate site selection, lease negotiations, and financial modeling for projects.
• Oversee inventory capital of $250M+ and manage cross-functional programs.
• Lead special projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and contribute to long-range planning and legal reviews.
• Travel up to 40% for site visits, due diligence, and partner meetings.
• Communicate decisions to senior management clearly and concisely.
• Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders and mentors to teams.
