You will lead a team, manage UAT, training, and rollout planning while aligning initiatives with corporate priorities and field needs. You’ll partner with stakeholders to design streamlined processes, optimize tools, and deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of leadership and project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading cross-functional programs, UAT, training, and rollout planning.
• Ability to translate data insights into actionable operational improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of large-scale business operations programs.
• Serve as primary point of contact for field operations support and system enhancements.
