Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for Aecon's support of Steam Generator Team in the development of a comprehensive US Steam Generator Replacement market strategy.
• Oversee bid preparation, pricing strategies, and commercial negotiations to secure profitable contracts.
• Mentor senior leaders and develop succession plans to ensure long-term organizational capability.
• Own P&L accountability for Aecon portion of Steam Generator Team performed work on US SGR projects.
