Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12 years of engineering experience with supervisory role.
• Experience in nuclear or conventional power plants.

Responsibilities

• Develop work processes and select design/analytical tools.
• Staffing discipline engineers for projects and proposals.
• Assess technical adequacy and provide guidance to staff.
• Lead collection and evaluation of project performance data.
• Assist in defining project design bases and schedules.
• Mentor staff and support succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
