Enercon Services, Inc. seeks a Director to lead the Components, Piping, and CAD organizations supporting Commercial Nuclear, New Nuclear, and Federal Nuclear projects. You will set strategic direction, build leadership capacity, and ensure safety, quality, and efficient execution across multidisciplinary teams.

The role requires 15+ years in engineering/design with 7+ years of leadership, strong communication, and the ability to travel overnight as needed. Remote options exist across U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Civil/Structural, Nuclear, or related Engineering.
• 15+ years of progressive engineering and/or design experience, preferably in nuclear or regulated industries.
• 7+ years of leadership experience managing engineering, design, or multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience in component engineering, piping engineering, CAD, or 3D modeling.
• Ability to travel overnight as required to support employees, projects, offices, and clients.

Responsabilités

• Lead the Components, Piping, and CAD organizations and set priorities and capability plans.
• Develop and mentor managers and technical leaders; build a strong talent pipeline.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, budget, productivity, and accountability across the teams.
• Plan workforce capacity across three nuclear markets to meet current commitments and growth.
• Champion 3D modeling, digital engineering, standardization, and integrated design practices.
• Collaborate with business leadership to align resources with project priorities.
