Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Strong leadership and team management experience in airport or aviation operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Email.
• Ability to work any shift, including nights, weekends, and holidays in a 24/7 operation.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of station operations including passenger services, baggage handling, ground support, and fueling in applicable locations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to ensure efficient and safe airport station functioning.
• Provide leadership and direction to a diverse team of operational managers and frontline staff, establishing clear goals and performance expectations.
• Ensure compliance with FAA, TSA, DOT, airport authority, and company regulations and safety standards.
• Lead emergency response and crisis management efforts during operational disruptions.
