Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services, Inc. is seeking a Safety-Security Coordinator at Richmond International Airport (RIC) to ensure compliance with TSA, FAA, OSHA standards.

This role oversees safety programs for Ground/Ramp, Warehouse, Winter Operations, and Airport Safety while supporting station performance and leading safety initiatives. You will train staff, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and lead safety initiatives while supporting station performance.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Associates degree or 3–5 years of safety environment experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain OSHA 30 certification within 90 days.
• Ability to obtain HAZWOPER certification within 120 days.

Responsibilities

• Support training for new hires and recurrent training for all current employees.
• Serve as designated trainer for ATI/ABX Ramp Operation Course.
• Conduct Dangerous Goods Handling and Awareness training.
• Conduct Cargo Security Representative training.
• Investigate safety and security events to root cause and implement mitigation plans.
