Job summary

Avflight Corporation seeks an Airline Station Manager to lead ground and flight operations, passenger services, ticketing, and catering activities at the station. You will supervise staff, optimize scheduling, and ensure regulatory compliance with TSA and FAA requirements.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, problem solving, and a flexible schedule to cover swing and graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays. Local candidates preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Must pass background check, pre-employment drug test and obtain security clearance.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Bilingual skills a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate airline station activities.
• Review reports on the station activity for planning station operations.
• Direct the arrangement of work schedules for optimum employee efficiency for both scheduled and non-scheduled flights.
• Coordinate activities such as passenger reservations and ticketing, commissary services, and ramp.
• Training employees on multiple aircraft types and ensuring training compliance.
• Maintain communication with TSA and Airport Authority regarding schedules and loads.
• Report to the Regional Manager of Airline Services to convey pertinent operation information and issues.
• Oversee Avflight Services screening and GSC program, including training, audits, and staffing.
