Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield seeks a Director of Space Management, Planning and Occupancy to lead design strategy across client accounts, drive governance, and oversee a large design team. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a related discipline; NCIDQ preferred.
• Seven+ years in corporate real estate, workplace, design, or related environment.
• 5–10 years of management experience leading design teams.
• Experience leading design across multiple client accounts or business lines.
• Proven ability to develop and govern design standards, processes, templates, tools, and governance models.
• Experience leading technology implementation, process improvement, and change management in design/workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic design leadership across client accounts and ensure alignment with standards and objectives.
• Lead design governance across accounts, including workflows, quality control, and delivery consistency.
• Oversee Revit implementation, technology transitions, and design innovation initiatives.
• Develop scalable design processes, templates, and workplace standards for efficient delivery.
• Support corporate design, workplace planning, and retail rollout programs across multiple sites.
• Manage, mentor, and develop a large design team with workload planning and growth.
