Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Director of Spatial and Occupancy Planning to oversee occupancy planning across a geographic region. You will generate space layout options and respond to day-to-day change requests, while coordinating project delivery with client relations, Strategy, and CRE teams.

Essential responsibilities include managing relocations, developing migration plans and sequencing, organizing data for planning documents, and ensuring the space management system reflects current

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field.
• 7–10 years of related experience in corporate space planning.
• Experience with IWMS and CAD drawing tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional relocation projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facility space and personnel move requests to maximize efficiency.
• Build client relationships and coordinate with Move Manager on relocations.
• Develop migration plans and sequencing for group relocations.
• Organize data and prepare planning documents and reports.
• Ensure space management systems reflect current occupancy.
