Qualifications

• BA/BS degree in related discipline (Architecture, Interior Design, CRE, Facilities Management).
• 7–10 years of related experience.
• Experience in corporate real estate and space occupancy planning.
• Experience communicating with all levels of management.
• Proficiency in architectural drawings and related concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee space and personnel move requests to maximize efficiency.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client lines of business.
• Recommend improvements for operational efficiency, service delivery, and asset utilization.
• Collaborate with CRE team members on all efforts.
• Interface with Client to develop options and final concepts for approval.
• Lead relocation planning with Move Manager for client needs.
• Coordinate group relocations and cost-related FF&E planning.
• Develop migration plans and sequencing of group relocations.
• Organize data into approved formats for planning and handoff.
