Mastercard in Purchase, New York is seeking the Director of Customer Success for the Small and Medium Enterprise segment.

This leadership role is responsible for the health, retention, and growth of a defined customer portfolio within Mastercard’s SME organization in North America, including strategic financial institutions, fintechs, digital partners, processors and acquirers with meaningful revenue responsibility.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B, fintech, payments or ecommerce.

Responsibilities

• Own overall customer health, retention, and net revenue growth for the SME segment.
• Manage executive relationships and act as sponsor for high-value customers.
• Drive renewals and expansion opportunities in collaboration with Sales and Deal Desk.
• Guide account planning and pricing discussions with Sales, Product, Risk, and Operations.
